Rusiru Thakshila is a hospitality and tourism professional with an international background in Hospitality and Tourism Management in Singapore and more than three years of professional experience across the international hospitality and Peruvian tourism sectors. His professional journey includes experience with an established international hotel group in Singapore, where he developed practical knowledge of hospitality operations, guest service, and professional service standards. In Peru, he further developed his tourism experience through roles with travel agencies and PeruRail, gaining first-hand exposure to tourism operations, transportation, destinations, and the needs of international travelers. This combination of international hospitality experience and practical knowledge of tourism in Peru forms the foundation of our approach to travel. We use our experience to understand each traveler's needs, plan carefully, coordinate services professionally, and provide attentive support throughout the journey. Through Montavia Travel, Rusiru brings together his international hospitality background and knowledge of Peru to create thoughtfully planned travel experiences focused on comfort, organization, communication, and personalized service. As a co owner Montavia Travel, Mila has gained experience working with hotels, travel agencies, and tourism related businesses, with a focus on responsible service, personalized attention, and understanding the needs of each traveler. Her international experience and exposure to different cultures have helped broaden her perspective on hospitality, communication, and the expectations of travelers from different backgrounds.
